He came into her world with his sweet words
She felt both wary and happy
It has been a while since she felt that way
And the last time ended up in dismay
She decided to put up resistance
Though her heart is starting to pound
She can still remember the last time she was hurt
She can't easily break down her walls
And just when she is slowly opening up

She is now left with no option but to step back
